How does DiversyFund make money?

DiversyFund earns fees from purchasing, managing and then reselling the properties we target. We seek properties that we believe have significant upside, carry out improvements where needed and ensure professional property management. When we sell properties that have increased in value, we may be paid a portion of net profits after investors have received their preferential return.
