Why haven't I received dividends in a long time?

DiversyFund Growth REIT is intended to be a growth asset and not as much an income asset. In the beginning reinvested dividends were paid as the company was identifying and purchasing properties. Once the fund was closed to new investments, the company stopped the reinvested dividends. Using the investment money the company has purchased properties and made improvements to the properties to be able to raise rents and eventually sell the property for a higher profit (Growth Oriented).
