REIT II: Investment Term

What is the investment term and when can I withdraw?

The target investment term is 5 years. This provides time for the REIT to execute on the value add component of the business plan to increase rents and the opportunity to realize gains tied to market appreciation year over year.

Can I withdraw before the end of the investment term?

This is an illiquid investment and can not be withdrawn before the fund has gone full cycle.  This ensures your capital has had ample time to achieve the targeted returns by letting your money work for you.

How will investing in REIT II impact my investment term?

REIT II has the same business plan and return targets as REIT I.  Investing in REIT II will provide you with greater diversification as REIT II will contain additional properties that we believe provide the opportunity to add value and achieve a solid return through a professionally managed portfolio.
